Introduction
The nitrile glove industry has recently become a feeding ground for unsavory individuals. Trust has become paramount in order to finalize glove deals that recently have grown exponentially.
While Charter Health has the pedigree of over 8 years’ experience in the industry, it needed a partner in order to transact deals that are recently much larger than the deals that it has transacted over its 8-year history.
In May 2020, Charter Health formed a joint venture partnership with a publicly-traded company. One of the advantages of working with a public company is the fact that they are monitored by the SEC, which helps give our newer clients the peace of mind they need to transact their significant glove production deals.
Glove Types and Specs
The partnership owns a significant percentage of the production lines at many of the largest glove manufacturers. We can now get our clients any nitrile exam gloves, along with the necessary specs.
Our glove manufacturing production lines include: Hartalega, Sri Trang, Superieur, Cranberry, Vglove, HiCare, Skymed and many more. Our minimum order is 5 million boxes.
We can handle single-factory capacity up to 50 million boxes per week. With the use of multiple factories we have the ability to go beyond those quantities.
Transportation
Through our partner, we now have access to our own planes so we can often get gloves faster to our client than they can buy gloves OTG US. This gives us a distinct advantage in the industry.
Our Process
Clients often ask our Agents to just simply send over a glove deck (brochure) and ask how much our gloves are.
This is similar to asking, “how much does a car cost?” It obviously varies tremendously based on type, OTG vs
Production, specs, brand and shipping choices. We ask our Agents to ALWAYS follow our Standard Operating
Procedures, so we know what gloves to present and what price to quote.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Due to very limited time, we ask everyone to please follow our Standard Operating Procedures listed below. Once read, the client will appreciate our process. It’s very simple and easy for both sides.
1. Submit PO and POF - Please include all details. Preferred brand(s), thickness, color, size breakdown, target price, delivery locations and desired delivery time.
2. We provide a delivery schedule back to the buyer.
3. Upon acceptance of delivery schedule and associated pricing a SPA and Escrow agreement are provided.
4. Buyer places 100% of funds (if it is a production contract then just a security deposit based on length of contract) into escrow.
5. We fund factories and logistics from our funds (does not come from Escrow)
6. SGS provided prior to shipping from Overseas
7. Product shipped to US
8. Upon clearing US customs an additional SGS verification is done
9. Upon approval of SGS, product is placed into a 3rd party bonded warehouse for customer inspection
10. Customer has 24-48 hours to inspect their product either themselves or a 3rd party
11. Upon acceptance of product inspection by customer, Escrow is released to seller and title is transferred to
buyer.
