Founded in 2012, Charter Health is the Master Distributor for both MD Direction and Odell International. Charter Health entered the medical supply market as the Master Distributor for Odell International which combined Charter Health’s global sourcing expertise and local presence in Shenzhen China, with the global distribution network and experience of Odell International.
In 2019 Charter Health became the Master Distributor for MD Direction which expanded its portfolio into international food distribution and nonprofit healthcare.
In 2021, Charter Health developed its own brand of N95 masks and began to exclusively distribute Lucasol Surface Protectants. In 2022 Charter Health became the state and federal distributor for BGI International’s PCR COVID-19 testing.
In 2024, MD Direction earned the exclusive right to sell the well-known BRF Brazil Perdix brand of chicken, pork, turkey, and processed food products to the continent of Africa. As the Master Distributor for MD Direction, Charter Health facilitates their large international food orders that help feed West Africa.
